Pretty large Meissen cup and saucer with moulded overlapping leaf detail texture to both cup and saucer, painted in a rich green and highlighted with fine gilding. A wide band inside the cup rim is gilded as is the handle. The saucer rim is nicely shaped around the tips of the leaves.
Blue crossed swords marks with pommels and painted and impressed numbers 14 and 84.
The cup measures 2 1/2" (6.5cm) high and 4" (10cm) wide excluding handle. The saucer measures 6" (15cm) wide.
Condition is very good with no damage (the saucer points are all fine); but there is a little rubbing to the gilding.
