Edwardian Silver & Cut Glass Biscuit Box / Barrel Grinsell & Sons

Very stylish Edwardian cut glass biscuit barrel with sterling silver mount. Decorative panels alternating with diamonds and cut discs with finely cut diamond pattern infill and a star cut base.

The plain silver mount, lid with ball finial and swing handle are all hallmarked: London 1904 makers John Grinsell & Sons.

It measures 8" high to the handle, 5" high to the rim and 5 1/2" wide.

Condition is excellent with no damage to glass or silver and very light surface wear.
