Code: FA1288
A pretty pair of Bloor period Derby porcelain saucer dishes with a rich apple green ground band framed in gilt and each finely painted with a botanical floral specimen, Tulip and Rose, named on the reverse in red script, along with small scattered insects. They also both have small armorial crest reserved into the green ground of a crown over a "B". Red Bloor Derby stamp to the underside, c.1825
They measure 16cm (6 1/4") wide and 3.2cm (1 1/4") high.
In very good condition with no damage, repair or restoration. The porcelain of the Rose dish is very finely crazed and there is a small area of discolouration to the reverse. Minimal handling wear to both, the enamels and gilding are excellent.
