Pretty Edwardian silver sugar bowl with wrythen body, and a delicate pierced, scrolled border around the rim. Set on 3 cabriole legs wit cast feet with shamrock type leaves and with acanthus leaf terminals.
Hallmarked for London 1903, makers James Wakely and Frank Clarke Wheeler.
It measures 8cm (3 1/8") high, 9.5cm (3 3/4”) wide and weighs 134g / 4.3ozt.
Condition is very good; it stands well but the legs have been adjusted at some time. Light surface wear, hallmarks are clear bar a bit of wear to the makers mark.
