An attractive George III silver snuff box of curved form with reeded decoration to all sides with an unusual wider ribbed detail half way down the sides. An invisible hinge and gilt interior. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1812, maker William Pugh.
It measures 6.3cm (2 1/2") by 3.5cm (1 3/8") wide and 2cm (3/4") deep. It weighs 33g / 1.1ozt.
In excellent condition.
