Very nice late 18th century mask jug by Caughley with their version of the printed The Bouquets pattern, c.1785. Moulded detailing to the body and a Bacchus type mask to the spout.
Blue S mark to the base.
It measures 19cm (7 1/2") high, 16cm (6 1/4") spout to handle and 13cm (5 1/8") wide.
Condition is excellent with no damage or restoration and no fritting to the spout as is often seen. Minimal surface wear.
