Nice early Georgian silver waiter with pretty rim with scallop shells and set on 3 oyster style stepped hoof feet.

Hallmarked for London 1740 with maker's mark for specialist salver maker John Tuite.


It measures 6 5/8" wide and 1" high and weighs 229g/7.4ozt.

Condition is very good with 2 pinpricks only to the surface. It is engraved to the centre.
