Very pretty Lowestoft porcelain teapot, c.1775 with matched but well fitting cover. Decorated in enamels with floral garlands, large sprays and patterned bands in puce, lilac, green and orange and with iron red decoration to the handle, and spout.
It measures 5 3/4" high, 7 1/4" spout to handle and 4 1/2" wide.
Condition is excellent with no damage or restoration, just a little wear to some of the enamel mainly the red on the handle and spout. Whilst the lid is matched, it displays very nicely.
