Flight Barr & Barr Worcester Porcelain Fancy Bird Dessert Plate c.1815

A pretty Flight, Barr & Barr Period Worcester porcelain dessert plate with gilt gadrooned rim and gilt seaweed background. Central circular vignette painted in bright enamels with an exotic bird against a river landscape, probably by Charles Stinton. Impressed crown over FBB mark and printed backstamp c.1815-1820.

It measures 22.7cm (9") wide and 2.5cm (1") high.

In excellent condition with no damage, or repair; no scuffing to the rim and very minor handling wear to the gilt on the rim in places.
