Nice set of 6 George IV Irish silver egg spoons with fiddle pattern handles. Hallmarked for Dublin 1829. The marks are a little rubbed at the beginning which has erased the first initial of the maker's mark, the latter being P but research suggests most likely to be Edward Power. They have a faint monogram to the handles.
They measure 5" long and the bowls are 15/16". Total weight 88g/2.8ozt.
Condition is very good with no damage and they have appropriate surface wear from age and use.
