Fabulous Minton majolica vase or centrepiece formed as a nautilus shell on a rock with weeds all glazed in an eye-popping turquoise. An unusual form, in a fantastic colour.
Fully marked to base including date mark for November 1884 and model number 1870.
It measures 11" high, 12 1/2" long and 8 1/2" wide.
Condition is very good with no body damage but a few glaze losses.
