Pretty first period Worcester globular teapot, c.1770, decorated in bright coloured enamels with an exotic floral pattern with flower shaped knop and fine red scalloped detail around the shoulders and lid and little stars on the spout and handle.
It measures 5 1/2" high and 7" spout to handle.
Condition is very good with just a couple of minor points to note: a small chip to the rim of the lid and a small, well restored section also to the lid edge. A bit of fritting to the spout and some light surface wear.
