Very Small First Period Worcester Pine Cone Pattern Plate C.1775

Very nice Worcester porcelain lobed plate of unusually small size, printed with the pine cone pattern, c.1775 with a floral and diaper printed border and marked with the open crescent on the reverse.

Reference: Section II.C.11, Worcester Blue and White Porcelain 1751-1790, Branyan, French and Sandon.

It measures 16cm (6 1/4") wide and 3cm ( 1 3/16") high.

Condition is excellent with no damage or restoration and minimal surface wear. There are a couple of small sections of the rim with some kiln dust dotting.
