First period Worcester globular teapot and cover with pagoda knop in the Cannonball pattern, c. 1765 with underglaze painted decoration of this ever popular pattern.
It measures 5 1/2" high, 7 1/2" spout to handle and 4 1/2" wide.
Condition is excellent, just a small nick to the flange under the lid and a smoothed small chip to the inside of the foot rim. No other damage or restoration. A few original dark firing dots about as is common.
