Very sweet small Minton figure of a seated girl holding a garland of flowers. Almost certainly from a candlestick originally she now sits on a small fabricated base. Some were all porcelain with the frame as an arbour, whilst others were of ormolu form with the figure inset so she is most likely to have come from the latter as she herself is fully intact (please see references below*). Superb finely detailing modelling and decoration in coloured enamels with lots of fine gilding.

She measures 9.5cm (3 3/4") high and 5cm (2") wide each way.

Condition is excellent. As I say she is mounted on a fabricated plinth but there is no damage or restoration to the figure bar one very small chip to a flower petal and very light surface wear.
