Very sweet mid 18th century English Delft/tin glazed plate, c.1750. Possibly Bristol, on a blueish ground with an oriental inspired pattern of flowers and bamboo inside stylised borders. Painted in deep blue, manganese purple and a pretty ochre yellow.
It measures 8 7/8" wide and 3/4" deep.
Condition is very good with no chips and just glaze level fritting around the edge of the rim.
