Very stylish and fine early Victorian silver decanter label ornately shaped as a vine leaf complete with textured detail and veins. The label is for "Claret" which is punched through the leaf, and is fitted with a belcher chain. 

Hallmarked for London 1838, makers Charles Reily and George Storer. 

It measures 6.7cm (2 5/8") wide and 4.8cm (1 7/8") high and approx. 12cm (4 3/4") from the top of the chain to the bottom of the label. It weighs 15g / 0.5ozt. 

Condition is excellent with no damage or repairs and minimal surface wear.
