An attractive Coalport trio of teacup, coffee cup and saucer in the adelaide shape with a silver grey enamel ground with large white reserves very well painted with flowers, probably by Thomas Dixon. Finely ornamented with gilding and a bold gilt frieze running around the outside of the cups. Pattern number 2/813 painted to all pieces, c.1832.
The saucer measures 14.7cm (5 13/16" wide and 2.5cm (1") high. The teacup measures 9.8cm (4 1/4") rim to rim and 5.1cm (2") high to the rim and the coffee cup measures 8.3cm (3 1/4") wide and 6.1cm (2 5/8") high.
In excellent condition with no damage, repair or restoration and very minor handling wear.
