Pretty George III silver cream jug of unusual squat melon fluted form. Fine attention to detail, a thin grooved band runs around the middle with fluting above and below and the fluting continues down the foot rim and under the base in concentric rings to form a daisy effect. A simple but elegant grooved strap handle and curved spout with grooved rim, make this a very attractive.
