Very nice Derby porcelain wedge shape asparagus server, c.1775, painted underglaze with an oriental scene of a temple amongst lush gardens with mountains in the background and shallow landscapes with fences running up the walls. A geometric border runs along the top.

It measures just under 8.5cm (3 1/4") high, 8.5cm (3 1/4") wide and just under 2.5cm (1") deep. 

Condition is excellent with no damage or restoration and minimal surface wear. There is some fine kiln dust dotting on the walls and the surface is lightly crazed.
